UPSC Civil Services Exam 

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will issue a notification for the Civil Services Examination (UPSC Civil Services Notification) in February.  Notification for UPSC Civil Services 2020 exam will be released on 12 February. In this notification, every information related to the examination will be given. On the same day, the process of registration (UPSC Civil Services Registration) will start. The last date for registration has been fixed as 3 March. Interested people will be able to apply till this date. UPSC Civil Services Exam is conducted in three phases. The first stage is the prelims exam. In the second phase there is a main examination and in the third phase the candidates will be called for interview. The commission has released the date of pre-examination. Pre exam will be held on 31 May.

Important dates for UPSC Civil Services Examination 

• Notification Issue Date (UPSC Civil Services Notification 2020) - 12 February
• Starting date of registration - 12 February
• Last date of registration - 3 March  
• Date of Prelims Exam- May 31, 2019,  tell that the candidates who pass the Pre Exam get a chance to appear in the Main Examination. The candidates who pass the main examination are called for interview. Final merit list is made on the basis of interview and performance in main examination. The main exam is of 1750 marks and the interview is of 275 marks.
